Tracks of Tradition only offers refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer's remorse. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you the customer ordered the wrong size, or color, or simply changed your mind. Every shipped product will have a return address, the customer is responsible for shipping the return back to the company to receive a replacement.

THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE PERFORMANCE OR OPERATION OF THIS WEBSITE. On a case-by-case basis, some returns will be allowed only if the operating party approves.
